1. Enter the Twitch Stream Campaign during the Entry Period
*You must submit the entry form
*Personal information collected in the entry form will be used to manage the campaign, contact the winners, and notify them of other TRIBE NINE campaigns and initiatives
*We will handle any personal information collected in accordance with our privacy policy

2. During the Streaming Period, stream gameplay of the Deadly Demo under the “TRIBE NINE” Category On Twitch.
*Please note that broadcasts that are not streamed under the “TRIBE NINE” category will not be eligible for review.

① Streaming Data Compilation ▼Total Time Streamed and Average Viewers
Total time streamed and average viewers will be calculated for streams of the Deadly Demo gameplay broadcast under the “TRIBE NINE” category on Twitch from October 14, 10:00 AM (PDT) to October 21, 10:00 AM (PDT).

▼ Chance to win in the Day1 Stream Sur-PRIZE!
A raffle will be drawn for those who streamed gameplay of the Deadly Demo under the “TRIBE NINE” category on Twitch for at least 60 minutes between October 14, 10:00 AM (PDT) ~ October 15, 7:59 AM (PDT).

② Review of Stream Content
Streams eligible for calculation and raffle will be reviewed internally to ensure they do not violate the terms of service.

③ Selection of Winners
▼ Total Time Streamed and Average Viewers
Winners will be selected from streams that meet the above criteria in ① and ②. The top 20 streamers for “Total Time Streamed” and the top 20 streamers for “Average Viewers” will be chosen as the winners.

30 winners will randomly be selected from streams that meet the above criteria in ① and ②.

*Please note that any fraudulent or negligent behavior will result in disqualification and may affect eligibility for future campaigns.
Example of fraudulent behavior: A streamer broadcasting for an extended period without engaging in gameplay, solely to accumulate streaming time and win campaign rewards.
Example of negligence: A streamer broadcasting for an extended period under the “TRIBE NINE” category to accumulate streaming time and win campaign rewards, while actually streaming games or content unrelated to TRIBE NINE.

The type of gift card awarded will vary depending on your region:
・If you live in Japan or the United States: Amazon gift card
・If you live in Taiwan: 7-Eleven gift card
・If you live in other regions: We will send you an alternative gift card.
We will contact you regarding prize details after confirming your region of residence at the time of awarding.

*Winners cannot receive duplicate prizes for categories ① – ③.
If you qualify for multiple prizes, you’ll receive the one with the highest ranking.

For Example: If you rank 2nd in Total Time Streamed and 6th in Average Number of Viewers, you’ll receive the prize for the higher-ranking category (Total Time Streamed). In this case, you would win a Steam Deck MK.2 and a gift card valued at $200 USD (approx. 30,000 JPY).

*Please note that when we contact you about these rewards, we may request additional information, such as your mailing address, to deliver your prize.

These Terms stipulate how Akatsuki Games Inc. (Oak Meguro 8F, 2-13-30 Kamiosaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will conduct the Twitch Stream Campaign, and define the rules that any applicant must follow to participate.
・By entering to participate in this event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
・Please note that we cannot answer any inquiries regarding the details of this campaign.
・You cannot transfer your status as an applicant of this campaign to a third party.
・The Company is not responsible if rewards cannot be distributed due to reasons beyond our control. Applicants must agree to this before participating in the campaign.
・The Company is not responsible for warranties or defects in regards to the rewards sent, and the winners shall not object thereto.
・If a dispute arises between the applicant and a third party regarding this campaign, the applicant is responsible for resolving the dispute at their own expense, and the Company shall be held harmless from any and all damages.
・The Company reserves the right to disqualify an applicant from the selection process if that applicant violates these Terms and Conditions.
・Reward eligibility will be immediately forfeited if a winner is found to have violated the Terms and Conditions.
・The Company reserves the right to make changes to part or all of these terms without prior notice.
・This campaign may be changed, interrupted, canceled, or terminated in whole or in part without prior notice.


Applicants are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
・ Actions that violate Twitch’s Terms of Service
・ Actions that include false or misleading content
・ Actions that go against public order and morals (e.g., violent content, discriminatory remarks, encouraging illegal activities, etc.)
・ Content that infringes on the rights of third parties (e.g., content that infringes on others’ copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, portrait rights, etc.)
・ Any other actions The Company deems inappropriate

■ Disclaimer
・The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by applicants in relation to this campaign.
・The Company will not be held responsible if an applicant’s video or account is BANNED for violating Twitch’s Terms of Service.
・Applicants shall be solely responsible for the content of their submitted videos and all matters related to them; including, but not limited to, any infringement of third party rights, invasion of privacy, or slander.
・If an applicant is sued by a third party for any complaint or lawsuit in relation to the submission of the video or its use, the applicant must resolve the complaint at their own responsibility and expense. The Company shall not be liable for any damages.
・The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred as a result of the campaign being interrupted or canceled due to issues with Twitch or related applications.
・The Company is not responsible for any damages to applicants due to network malfunctions, computer viruses, or unauthorized access to servers.

■ About Contacting Award Recipients
・Please fill out the required information in the form we will send you via direct message on X (formerly Twitter).
・Please note that the information you register via the form cannot be changed.
・Please be aware that if you do not complete the form within 7 days from the time it was sent, your eligibility to receive the reward may be forfeit.


Personal information entered by applicants will be used for shipping purposes and will not be disclosed or provided to third parties outside the Company.

・We will use the Twitch username, Twitch channel link, and X account ID of those who participate in this campaign to identify and contact the prize recipients for shipping information, etc.
・We may use personal information to the necessary extent for purposes relevant to the above.

■ About the Handling of Personal Information
The personal information you provide will be securely handled within the Company.

■ Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
・The Company may entrust the handling of all or part of the personal information collected from participants in this campaign to a third party (this refers to instances where we entrust the management of data, including personal information, to another business operator).
