1. During the Entry Period, submit your application for the Twitch Streamer Incentive Project
*You must submit the entry form
*Personal information collected in the entry form will be used to manage the campaign, contact the winners, and notify them of other TRIBE NINE campaigns and initiatives
*We will handle any personal information collected in accordance with our privacy policy

2. During the Streaming Period, stream TRIBE NINE gameplay under the “TRIBE NINE” Category on Twitch.
*Please note that broadcasts that are not under the “TRIBE NINE” category will not be eligible for review.

① Data Collection
▼ Top Rank Prize
Average concurrent viewers will be calculated for gameplay streams broadcast in the “TRIBE NINE” category on Twitch between Feb 20 (Post release) and Feb 27, 6:59 AM (PST).

▼ Lucky Draw Prize
We will randomly draw winners from those who streamed gameplay under the “TRIBE NINE” category on Twitch for at least 5 hours between Feb 20 (Post release) and Feb 27, 6:59 AM (PST).

② Review of Stream Content
All eligible streams will be internally reviewed to ensure they comply with the terms of service before being included in calculations and prize draws.

③ Selection of Winners
▼ Top Rank Prize
The top 20 streamers with the highest average concurrent viewership, from eligible streams meeting the criteria in ① and ②, will be selected as winners.

▼ Lucky Draw Prize
50 winners will randomly be selected from eligible streams meeting the criteria in ① and ②.

*Please note that any form of fraudulent or negligent behavior will not be tolerated, and may impact your eligibility to participate in future related campaigns.
　Examples of fraudulent activity: Attempting to accumulate excessive streaming hours without genuine engagement with the content to gain campaign rewards (e.g., streamer idling).
　Examples of negligent activity: Streaming games/content unrelated to TRIBE NINE under the “TRIBE NINE” category to gain campaign rewards.

*Content that violates Twitch’s Terms of Service, is offensive to public order and morals, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Company will not be considered for selection. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is violent, discriminatory, or infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or portrait rights of others.

*If a stream is banned due to a violation of Twitch’s Terms of Service, the Company will exclude that stream from selection and will not be held liable in any way.

*If a streamer’s account is banned due to a violation of Twitch’s Terms of Service, the Company will exclude that streamer from consideration and will not be held liable in any way.

These Terms stipulate how Akatsuki Games Inc. (Oak Meguro 8F, 2-13-30 Kamiosaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will conduct the Twitch Stream Campaign, and define the rules that any applicant must follow to participate.
・By submitting an entry for this Campaign, you agree to these Terms.
・Please note that we cannot answer any inquiries regarding the details of this project.
・You cannot transfer your status as an applicant of this campaign to a third party.
・The Company shall not be held liable if rewards cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the Company’s reasonable control. Applicants acknowledge and agree to this condition by participating in the Campaign.
・The Company shall not be held liable for any warranties or defects related to the provided rewards, and winners agree not to raise any objections in this regard.
・If a dispute arises between the applicant and a third party regarding this campaign, the applicant is responsible for resolving the dispute at their own expense, and the Company shall be held harmless from any and all damages.
・The Company reserves the right to disqualify any applicant from the selection process who violates these Terms and Conditions.
・A winner’s eligibility will be immediately revoked if a violation of these Terms is discovered.
・The Company may amend these Terms, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
・The Company may change, suspend, cancel, or terminate this Campaign, in whole or in part, without prior notice.


The Company strictly prohibits applicants from engaging in the following actions:
・ Actions that violate Twitch’s Terms of Service.
・ Actions that involve false or misleading content.
・ Actions that go contrary to public order and morals. (e.g., violent content, discriminatory remarks, incitement of illegal activities, etc.)
・ Actions that infringes on the rights of third parties. (e.g., infringement of copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, portrait rights, etc.)
・ Any other actions The Company deems inappropriate.

■ Disclaimer
・The Company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by applicants in connection with this Campaign.
・The Company shall not be held liable if an applicant’s stream or account is BANNED for violating Twitch’s Terms of Service.
・Applicants are solely responsible for all the content streamed and any matters arising therefrom, including, but not limited to, any infringement of third party rights, invasion of privacy, or defamation.
・If any claim or lawsuit is filed by a third party against an applicant in connection with their stream, the applicant shall resolve such claim or lawsuit at their own expense and hold the Company harmless from any damages.
・The Company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of the campaign being interrupted or canceled due to issues with Twitch or related applications.
・The Company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by applicants due to network failures, computer viruses, or unauthorized access to servers, or other similar events.

■ About Contacting Award Recipients
・Winners may be contacted via email or X (formerly Twitter) direct message to provide additional information as necessary.
・Please note that information provided during the application process cannot be changed after submission.
・Winners must respond within 7 days of receiving the notification message. Failure to respond within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the reward.


Personal information collected through this Campaign will be used solely by the Company and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.

The Company will strictly manage and protect the personal information provided.

■ Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
・The Company may entrust the handling of all or part of the personal information collected from participants in this campaign to a third party (e.g., outsourcing the management of information containing personal data to a service provider).
